How do you ship chocolate items to ensure they arrive in good condition during the warm summer months?

Due to the HOT summer heat, if your order contains CHOCOLATES, a cold packaging fee will automatically be added into the shipping rate at checkout. This fee is for the additional packaging and cold pack(s) required to get your order to you in good condition. Depending on the shipping destination, shipping dates may be adjusted by KREMA to ensure that chocolate items do not sit over a weekend. I am sending a gift, will there be anything inside the package that shows pricing information?

No. A card showing your Gift Card Message will be the ONLY thing included in the box.

When will my order ship?

Orders will be shipped from our Factory in Columbus, Ohio as soon as possible, typically in 1-3 business days. We suggest not putting any orders on hold for future shipping.
