Krema Natural Peanut Butter is made with 100% #1 Fancy Grade Spanish Peanuts. We do not add salt, sugar, hydrogenated vegetable oils, or any other preservatives to our peanut butter. It's the same way we've been making it since the company started in 1898! It is always fresh because we roast our delicious peanuts in small batches just before grinding to ensure the best peanut butter possible.

Are any of your products gluten free, vegan, and/or nut free?

All of our products are processed in a facility that also processes peanuts, tree nuts, wheat, dairy, sesame, soy, and egg. Therefore, we cannot guarantee anything to be gluten free, vegan, and/or nut free.

What is an almonized peanut?

An almonized peanut is a virginia peanut that has been soaked in hot water before roasting to make it crunchier than an average peanut.

Do you offer discounts?

Yes! We will automatically take 10% off if you order 25 or more catalog gifts in a single transaction.

What is your refund policy?

We value your business! If you are not totally satisfied with any part of your order, please call our toll free number, 800-222-4132. We will gladly replace any item, refund your money, or credit your credit card.

Does Krema Natural Peanut Butter have to be refrigerated?

No, it does not have to be refrigerated. However, you may choose to refrigerate our natural peanut butter as it will slow down the process of oil separation.

What is the shelf life of your products?

We suggest consuming your Krema Nut Company nut butters, nuts and goodies within 6 months.

I live in a warm climate, will chocolate items on my order arrive in good condition? 

If any CHOCOLATE items are ordered that could melt during shipping, we will contact you to determine the best expedited shipping options. Depending upon the shipping destination, 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air Shipping methods may be necessary. Can I ship to multiple addresses within one order?

I placed an order using the Ship to Multiple Addresses option, why does my order show as being cancelled?

If you are using our Ship to Multiple Addresses option, you may see that your order is showing as cancelled when checking your order status. Rest assured, your order has NOT been cancelled. Your order has automatically been split up into NEW individual orders (one order per shipping address) in order to accurately ship your packages. The new individual orders will show on your account page after your order has been placed, but could take up to 1 hour to show during the busy holiday season.

I am sending a gift, will there be anything inside the package that shows pricing information?

No. A card showing your Gift Message will be the ONLY thing included in the box.

Do you have a public restroom in your retail store?

Public restrooms are not available at this time, please plan accordingly before visiting our retail store.
