What is your Summer / Warm Weather Chocolate Shipping Program?

To continue shipping chocolates so they arrive in perfect condition throughout the hot summer heat, orders containing chocolates will be charged a $5.00 cold packaging fee after the order is placed. This fee is for the additional packaging and cold pack(s) required to get your order to you in good condition. All states in the UPS Ground 4 business day delivery zone cannot be guaranteed to arrive in good condition without sending the package via UPS 2nd Day Air. This includes, Washington State, Oregon, California, Arizona, Nevada, Utah, Idaho, Montana, New Mexico, Texas, Louisiana, Wyoming, and Colorado. The UPS Ground 3 business day delivery zone will not be guaranteed either as many of these places daily temperatures exceed the limits of our cold packaging and it will not arrive in good condition. These states include North& South Dakota, Nebraska, Colorado, Kansas, Oklahoma, Texas, Alabama, Louisiana, Mississippi, Florida, Maine and New Hampshire. Krema will not ship a package that will sit over the weekend as the package will melt due to the extra two days in transit. However, you can opt for no cold packaging, just state that you accept responsibility for the package in the Special Instructions section of your order.

When will my order ship?
Orders will be shipped from our Factory in Columbus, Ohio as soon as possible, typically in 1-2 business days.

How will you ship my order?
We ship exclusively via UPS. (UPS and the UPS brandmark are registered trademarks that are used with permission by its owner, United Parcel Service of America, Inc. All rights reserved.)

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Our shipping prices are based upon weight and distance from our factory in Columbus, Ohio to your address inside the United States.

Do you ship Internationally?
No, we only ship within the United States.

Are any of Krema's Natural Peanut or Nut Butters part of the Nationwide Recall?
No, Krema Nut Company manufactures it's own peanut butter and nut butters in our factory in Columbus, Ohio. Krema Nut Company has not, at anytime, sourced or purchased any nuts, peanuts or peanut ingredients directly or indirectly from Peanut Corporation of America. All of Krema's products are safe. Do you offer tours of you facility?
Krema offers tours of our factory by appointment, Monday - Friday between the hours of 9 A.M. and 3 P.M. for people over the age of 21. The minimum number to schedule a group tour is 20 and we can accommodate up to 50 people + tour operators and the driver. If you have a group of 19 or less, we will schedule you with an already existing tour. The tour is free and it is about an hour. Tours are conducted January4th through September 28th. What is so special about Krema Natural Peanut Butter?
Krema Natural Peanut Butter is 100% #1 Fancy Grade Spanish Peanuts. We do not add salt, sugar, hydrogenated vegetable oils or any other preservatives to our peanut butter. It's the same way we've been making it since the company started in 1898! It is always fresh, we roast our delicious peanuts in small batches just before grinding to ensure the best peanut butter possible.

What is the shelf life of your products?
Our Natural Creamy and Natural Crunchy Peanut Butter will last about 6 months. The Natural Almond & Natural Cashew will last about 8 weeks. All of our roasted Nuts will last about 8 weeks.
